Llama

Llama is looking for a new home where she can continue to spend lots of time with her best friend Darwin! Both of these kitties tend to be nervous in new places and around new people, and Llama is definitely the shyer of the two. She prefers to take her time warming up—but when she sees that Darwin is comfortable, Llama tentatively follows his lead! Once she trusts you and considers you a friend, Llama enjoys gentle pets and scratches that are accompanied by a slow approach. She also enjoys playtime, treats, scratching and keeping an eye on her surroundings from a high perch!

Llama feels much more comfortable when her best friend Darwin is around, so they must go home together. They would do best with an adopter who understands that they will need time and confinement to adjust to their new home. Small kids can be too much for these two, so they would prefer a home with kids ages 8 and up.
