A big beautiful smile and an incredible personality. Sounds like your dream partner, right? Well, adopting a pit bull could make your dreams come true! 

This Saturday, October 24, is National Pit Bull Awareness Day and we are celebrating with big smiles as we remind ourselves what great pets pit bulls make! Just like other dogs, pit bulls are highly intelligent, can be easy to train and can be great with children – it all depends on who you meet at a shelter or rescue. Plus, a big sloppy pittie kiss or ear-to-ear smile can turn around even the gloomiest days. 

Earlier this month, from October 3-11, we threw open the virtual barn doors and invited you to join us online to meet a horse. During this period, which we dubbed Hooftober, viewers tuned in approximately 20,000 times over the course of the event to learn more about horses, equine rescue and adoption.
