Juliet Jacobs
Director, Foundation Partnerships

Juliet Jacobs serves as the ASPCA’s director of Foundation Partnerships, building philanthropic partnerships with foundations and donors across the country and managing grants that support an array of animal welfare programs. Juliet joined the ASPCA in 2018 and brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in grant writing and foundation relationships. Previously, Juliet held positions in nonprofit development and institutional giving to secure funding for education, social justice, and public media programs at organizations including New Visions for Public Schools and StoryCorps.
Juliet holds a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College in geography and English, and a graduate certificate in organization development from the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment at The New School. Juliet lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband and pets, including one dog and three cats: Whitley, Possum, Benny and Basil. Juliet enjoys playing the violin, reading and hiking.
