An Exclusive Look at the ASPCA Relocation Program
We are thrilled to share that this fall we’re celebrating the relocation of our 300,000th animal! Established in 2014, our Relocation program transports animals from under-resourced shelters across the nation to shelters with available space, resources and demand for pet adoption. This lifesaving work has shown enormous success, cultivating meaningful partnerships with shelters across the country.
While relocating hundreds of thousands of animals over the past 11 years, this program has evolved greatly, and we’d like to share with you, our Guardians, an inside look at that evolution. We couldn’t have reached this special milestone without the help of dedicated supporters like you.
Programs like this start with the vision of saving more animals’ lives. It takes expert staff, resources, nationwide partnerships and the support from Guardians like you to make it happen. Thank you for helping save countless lives across our lifesaving efforts.
Stay tuned for more information about the relocation of our 300,000th animal and their journey home. In the meantime, enjoy this inside look at the work you help make possible.
