You may have heard of Captain Sparrow, but you’ve never met one this cute! He may not have a ship or a magic compass, but he does have a heart of gold, a goofy charm and a deep love for cuddles.

Sparrow is a young pup who was originally rescued in New York and grew up in a shelter, and he is now ready to set sail to the next chapter of his life — a home filled with love and playtime, and maybe with a kiddie pool to splash around in. Once Sparrow feels comfortable and safe in a new space, his silly, affectionate side comes right out. He’s well-behaved, playful, cuddly and endlessly sweet — the kind of pup who just wants to be part of your crew!

Sparrow is still learning how to navigate this big, mysterious world. New sounds and places can be a bit spooky, but like any great adventurer, he finds his courage with the help of a loyal canine crewmate! He has made huge strides with the support of confident dog friends, so he would love a home with a furry first mate to help him on his journey. Sparrow has been a rockstar in our doggy playgroups, where he has gotten along with a variety of other dogs. He especially shines when he has a buddy to follow and learn from.
