Meet Leopold! Tall, dark, handsome and sporting the greenest eyes you've ever seen, he is basically a baby panther in a 10-pound package. He's a big boy with a big personality, and his favorite way to spend time with his people is to be as close to them as possible.

Leopold is an instant friend. Walk into his space and he'll come right over, headbutt your hand, rub all over your legs and start up his impressive purr motor. When the scratches are especially good, he'll make biscuits and lean his whole body into your hand. Sometimes he will even reach out to grab your hand and pull it back toward him when you dare to stop petting! He has a particularly strong appreciation for shoulder scratches and may get a little drooly when he's really enjoying himself.

Leopold isn’t just a professional cuddler — he also loves interactive toys! He especially enjoys anything involving a mouse he can chase, and he'll happily hang out nearby while keeping an eye on whatever you're doing. He's a fan of being brushed, which is a good thing because this handsome guy may need some help keeping his coat looking its best. He thinks brushing is pretty great and happily leans in for gentle grooming. He enjoys his snacks, too — he'll happily lap up some lickable treats and even paw at you for more.

Leopold has shown us that he's an easygoing guy when it comes to meeting other cats. He's had calm, supervised introductions where he started cautious but settled down to coexist peacefully. Once everyone was comfortable, he'd occasionally wander over to rub against the other cats before going back to doing his own thing.

With his soft eyes, calm demeanor, enthusiastic greetings and absolutely enormous purr motor, Leopold has a way of making you feel like you've been his favorite person all along.
