This 49-pound sweetheart is easy to leash up and a breeze to walk. Celia greets people politely and walks calmly on leash, making her a great match for someone looking for a mellow but affectionate dog. She enjoys eye contact, snuggles and gentle head rubs — and she has a special way of making you feel like the most important person in the world!

Celia truly shines around other dogs. She’s been in multiple doggy playgroups and blossoms when she’s with canine friends. Her silly, playful side comes out in joyful bursts of bouncy chase games! Whether she’s enjoying a romp in the yard, sniffing the grass or squeaking her favorite toy, she brings a quiet happiness to everything she does.

Here at the Cruelty Recovery Center, Celia also recently completed treatment for heartworm, and she handled everything like a total champ. She’s now happy, healthy and ready to start her next chapter!
