Meet Bunny, the sweetheart who will hop right into your heart!

Bunny is the perfect blend of playful energy and soulful sweetness. She is loving and social with familiar people, and once she has a moment to warm up to new people, she quickly becomes best friends with everyone. When greeting familiar faces, she is all wiggles and excitement! With a low-to-medium energy level, Bunny is just as happy zooming around a yard as she is pausing for a snuggle break.

At a recent adoption event, Bunny was a little shy at first, but she melted hearts left and right. She gently greeted women, men and even young children with her calm, affectionate energy. She quietly soaked up pets from dozens of new people, sought out attention and even initiated play with both familiar and brand-new doggy friends. When she needed a break, she smartly wandered to a quieter spot behind the booth to reset.

Bunny is a rockstar in our doggy playgroups, making friends with many other dogs of all shapes, sizes and playstyles! She enjoys run-and-chase games, gentle roughhousing and even likes swimming and splashing in a kiddie pool with her buddies.

When loading into a car, Bunny gets in easily with a little encouragement. On car rides, she settles in quickly and is a wonderful passenger. On walks in the park, she may start off a little unsure, especially with new sights and sounds (like scooters or construction), but she takes her cues from other dogs and bounces back like a champ.

Bunny would thrive in a home with a confident resident dog to show her the ropes and help her continue building confidence. She may need a little time and patience as she gets to know her new home, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into the loyal, goofy, affectionate companion who leaves a pawprint on your heart.
