Borb

With his soulful puppy-dog eyes and one-of-a-kind coat, Borb is the kind of dog who steals hearts quietly. This sensitive soul may be shy at first, especially with new people, but with a little patience and the help of a confident canine sibling, he truly blossoms.

Borb is currently enjoying life in a loving foster home, and we’re learning even more about what makes this sweet boy special. He gets along great with the resident cats, hops right into the car for a pup cup run and settles beautifully into his crate during the workday. He’s currently working on his housetraining, which he has done very well with lately — what a star!

Borb has also been wonderful when meeting new friends in his foster home, growing more confident every day. While he can still be a little nervous around loud noises on walks, he recovers well and continues to make steady progress. After a good walk, Borb loves being a total couch potato and snoozing the day away.

Borb is a certified playgroup superstar — he has participated in many playgroups and truly thrives in the company of other dogs. A confident dog friend in his adoptive home would be a huge plus and help bring out his playful, goofy side even more. He absolutely loves toys and nothing makes him happier than hanging out with familiar people and canine buddies. We affectionately call him “Borbaque,” and yes, it’s as cute as it sounds!Borb may take some time to adjust to a new home, but he just needs a gentle, understanding family to help him feel safe and show him what it means to be loved. We know the right home is out there — one that sees his potential and is ready to give this sweet boy his second chance.
