Bentleigh is sure to be your new personal shadow and certified lap dog! This girl loves to lean in for cuddles and pets!

Bentleigh may have come from a “ruff” past, but she is the sweetest golden girl you'll meet. We’ve learned that she has an obvious love for food, so she’ll need an adopter who can keep her on a portioned diet and exercise plan to help her be the best and healthiest dog she can be! Bentleigh would also benefit from an adopter who can be her cheerleader as she learns more about the world. She can be a little fearful of new places, but cheerful praise helps her go the distance on your leashed walks together!

Bentleigh isn't a big fan of young, rowdier dogs—she prefers to mill around the yard and focus only on her human friends. In the home, she'd likely do best as an only dog, or with an older, calm dog who won't jump all over her.
