Special features: This shy pup is still getting used to new places and people. She has made great progress and should continue to socialize with friendly faces and explore new environments. With guidance, Scarlett will quickly learn to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: Scarlett is bonded to her sister Ruby and they must go to a home together. She needs an adopter with previous shy dog experience and an adults-only home.
