Sabrina

Sabrina is one happy dog! Her smile and playful personality are contagious. We think you’ll be laughing and snuggling with this sweet girl in no time at all. Sabrina is happiest when she is enjoying plenty of play time with her favorite person. She is eager to show you her great retrieving skills. After a tiring game of fetch, Sabrina will snuggle up next to you for some petting and cuddling.

Sabrina has many healed scars from her life before the ASPCA, but she is now happy and healthy. Her future family should continue to monitor her health, and should contact our Adoption Center to learn more about her medical condition.

Big fan of: Toys! Sabrina has a playful nature and would love to show you her favorite toys. This energetic pup enjoys meeting people but she can be a bit jumpy. She likes to explore when out for a walk and would benefit from daily running exercise.

Not a fan of: Sabrina is a bit uncomfortable with people reaching for her food, but our Behavior team can show you some exercises to help her learn to share.

Special features: Sabrina cannot play with other dogs due to her medical condition. Please contact the ASPCA Adoption Center to learn more. This pup already knows “sit,” and is eager to learn a few more of her basic manners for a tasty treat. Guidance and supervision will help Sabrina quickly adjust to her new home and learn to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: An adopter with some experience and a home with teens-and-up would be a great fit for this fun-loving dog. Sabrina may be okay with younger kids but should meet them first at the ASPCA Adoption Center.
