Big fan of: Playtime! Peppermint enjoys nothing more than a feisty game with her friends—human or canine. From rope toys to chew toys and even games of tag, this lady has a life-loving spirit that’s truly contagious. And, she’s got an energy (in abundance) that can’t be beat. She loves getting a whole lot of love from pretty much anyone and eats up all the pets and scratches you’re willing to give! Always looking to be on the go, Peppermint adores getting out and about, feeling the sunshine on her back and exploring the world! Adventures are her hobby of choice—especially when they involve lots of movement and exercise!

Working on: Reining in her excitement! Whether it’s a good walk or some quality time with her friends, Peppermint’s energy and enthusiasm is tangible. She hasn’t yet learned that jumping up to greet people or pulling hard when walking on leash isn’t appropriate, so Peppermint will need continued training to help her remember her manners. But, she’s a smart lady and already has a rock-solid sit!

Dream home: Peppermint is a high-energy gal and would love to go home with active adopter who can keep up with her! She’d thrive with someone who can take her on lots of adventures and long, daily walks and give her more basic training, too. Because she sometimes forgets to keep all four paws on the ground, she can be a little much for small children and would do best with kids ages 10 and up.
