Meet Penny—this shy pup would love to find a home where she can enjoy plenty of snuggling with her new adopter.

Big fan of: Cuddling! Penny is very affectionate with people she knows well. With time and patience, she will warm up to new faces. Penny loves to walk in the company of a dog friend because the sights and sounds of the big city make her a bit nervous. She would be very happy if she could live with a canine companion.

Special features: Penny has a medium energy level and enjoys relaxing with her loved ones. With guidance and a routine walking schedule, this happy pup will quickly learn to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: Penny would like to meet a patient adopter who will help her come out of her shell. Her dream home would be one with another dog friend, and teens-and-up.
