Nile is an adorable Chihuahua mix looking for a special adopter! Visit this pup at the ASPCA Adoption Center today.

Big fan of: Cuddling! This cute pup loves being close to the people he loves most. People with unusual objects make Nile a bit frightened, but in time, he warms up to friendly faces. He enjoys chasing his favorite toys, but is just as content lying in your lap.

Not a fan of: Being alone. Nile prefers to be in the company of his best friends, but our Behavior team can give you some tips to help Nile become more comfortable on his own. This small dog is not interested in making canine friends.

Special features: This special dog is a great walker! He will stick right by your side when you’re out for a stroll. Guidance and supervision will help Nile quickly learn to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: Nile would like to meet a patient adopter who can help him overcome his shyness. He would do very well in a home with kids 10-and-up. He may be okay with younger children but should meet them first at the Adoption Center.
