Wilma

“Wonderful” is the only word we can think of to describe Wilma! Wilma is the type of gal who can be a little nervous around people she doesn’t know and in places she’s never been. But, under that hesitant exterior is a great personality! After settling into her digs at the ASPCA Adoption Center, Wilma has shown us that she has a, “don’t come to me, I’ll come to you,” attitude. And when she comes to you, it’s quite a treat! Wilma is a big fan of being pet and pushes so hard into your hands that it’s almost unbelievable. But her cutest trait isn’t her strength—it’s her love of kisses! While being scratched, Wilma loves to headbutt you right in the mouth, begging to be smooched over and over. When it isn’t time for pets and kisses, Wilma is happy to lounge around and veg out. Her previous family described her as, “mellow, affectionate and independent,”—and we think Wilma would be the same way in her new home, too!

Wilma would love an adopter who understands that she may be a little nervous when first arriving home and that with time, she’ll blossom.
