Whiskers

Whiskers has been lucky enough to go to foster with an ASPCA Matchmaker, and he describes her as, “a complete pet package!” Becoming, “completely at home,” after just a couple weeks, Whiskers had no problem making her foster home hers. According to our Matchmaker, “Whiskers loves to snooze in warm spots like sock drawers and on top of radiators and windowsills. She also sleeps in bed if she decides she wants some snuggle time.” But, don’t think that all Whiskers does is sleep! She has an incredibly cute playful side, too. Whiskers has a particular love of wand toys and laser lights and is always up for a game. Give her some scratches afterwards, and Whiskers is sure to be the happiest kitty! “She melts if you scratch her head or neck,” our Matchmaker reports—when she isn’t busy exploring, of course.

Whiskers has previously lived well with children, so if you have a home with kids sign this gal up! She’s never lived with other cats and has been a bit hesitant around the large dog in her foster home—so, if you have other pets, our Matchmakers would be happy to go in depth about how to set everyone up for success! Whiskers’ adopter should also know that she has allergies and is currently on medication and a special diet that should be continued in her new home.
