Umbrella

Meet Umbrella! Gentle, sweet and a little shy, this pretty lady is looking for a new home where she can play and be loved on! Umbrella tends to be nervous in new places and around strangers so will take some time to settle into her new home. Once she feels comfortable, we’re sure that Umbrella will blossom! According to her previous family, Umbrella enjoys getting attention from her human friends in short doses and on her terms. She can usually be found leaning into your hands or nudging them to ask for love—and when you scratch her, make sure you have earplugs in because she has a purr for days! Umbrella also has a playful side, too. She’s noted to think that wand toys are pretty fun, but don’t get her started on toys that make noise! This kitty can’t get enough of those.

Umbrella is looking for an adopter who will give her the time and confinement she needs to settle in. She’s previously lived well with older children and teens, and because small kids might not understand when Umbrella would like some space, we think she would do best in a home with children ages 8 and up.
