Penelope

Penelope is one of those sweet cats who makes your heart skip a beat the moment you first see her—not just because of her beautiful looks, but also because of her sweet personality. Penelope is a sensitive soul who enjoys the quiet things in life. She can be a bit nervous around new people, but give her some time to get acquainted and you can see her shy shell start to crack. It all starts when Penelope gives a quick, gentle look towards you. Approach her slowly and offer her your hand, and soon Penelope will be headbutting you for pets. She especially loves scratches on the neck and behind the ears. If she really likes you, Penelope may even boop you with her nose, make biscuits or let you hear her sweet, quiet purr! She’s also been noted by ASPCA staff to enjoy munching on treats and watching bird videos.
