Pamela

Pamela is a super sweet girl who is getting better and better at coming out of her shell! When she first arrived to the ASPCA Adoption Center, Pamela was so nervous that she would often spend her time hiding in her litterbox. As she became more comfortable, she let us see that she truly is a social, playful lady! She still takes her time warming up to new people—and that’s likely her usual personality—but once she’s comfortable Pamela fully enjoys full body and check scratches. She also loves to play and especially enjoys her favorite toy, the Cat Catcher! She just can’t get enough of that little wand toy with the mouse on the end.

Pamela is looking for an adopter who understands that she is nervous in new places and will need confinement and time—likely several weeks or more—to begin feeling comfortable in her new home. Small children might be too much for Pamela, so we think she would do best in a home with kids 8 and up.
