Meesh

Meesh is a queen, and she knows it! Because Meesh isn’t a big fan of the royal accommodations at the ASPCA Adoption Center, she’s been spending much of her time in a comfortable foster home where she can have things her way—which is much more her speed! When given time to warm up to her people and places, Meesh is a lovely, independent lady. Much of the time, Meesh prefers to do her own thing—which you can expect of any queen! But she also has a social side and enjoys being showered in all the praise a royal deserves, including getting lots of pets. And, like the princess and the pea, Meesh loves snoozing in comfy spots like on beds and on top of pillows. Meesh isn’t the most playful kitty to ever grace the ASPCA, but every now and then she enjoys playtime with fake mice and catnip—and, if she’s feeling a bit mischievous, anything she can knock down. In the end, however, Meesh has only one true love—food! Sometimes she can get a little hangry when her meals are late—understandably, of course—and it’s just a cute, regal part of who she is.

Meesh is looking for an adopter who has some experience with cats like her. She’s a bit of a rough player and is still learning that hands and feet aren’t toys, so an adults-only home would be best for this gal. If you’d like to add Meesh to your castle, please complete our Cat Adoption Survey!
