John

John is a loving older gentleman looking for a comfy home where he can spend his golden years! This sweet boy was a little nervous when he first arrived at the Adoption Center, and we expect him to be nervous when first arriving to his adoptive home, too. With a little bit of patience and time to settle in, as well as a slow approach, John has started showing us just how much of a sweetheart he is! When someone comes near John’s kennel, this handsome man immediately tries to get their attention by any means necessary—rubbing his body all over the glass and meowing! And once you open the kennel door, John has no problem showing you just how much he adores being scratched. This boy clearly has a huge heart and lots of love to give, and he can’t wait to get into a new home where he can shower his people in affection and receive that adoration in return.

John is looking for an adopter who understands that he will be nervous when he first gets home and would benefit from time to settle in in a quiet area.
