Fjord absolutely loves her best friend Krill, so she’s looking for a new home where they can continue living the good life together! Fjord and Krill came from a home with a lot of other cats, so unfamiliar places and people make them pretty nervous. Fjord is a bit shyer and slower to open up than Krill, but give her a few weeks and she’ll get there! It’s important for Fjord’s adopter to take things at her pace and watch for signs that Fjord is starting to feel more comfortable. According to Fjord’s foster mom, the first peek of Fjord’s progress was slow blinks—which is a cat’s way of saying they love you! With time, Fjord has learned to enjoy gentle pets from her foster caregiver, and she can’t wait to make more progress in a new home. She can also often be found playing with, sleeping next to, or grooming Krill!
Fjord is much more confident with Krill around, so they must go home together. They would do best with an experienced cat adopter in a home with teens and up. If you’re interested in adopting these two lovely ladies, fill out our Cat Adoption Survey!
