Big fan of: Her best friends! Ursula is very affectionate with people she knows. She also loves to play with toys!

Not a fan of: Unfamiliar people and objects. Ursula feels nervous around strangers and objects such as big hats, coats or canes.

Special features: This smart pup already knows how to sit! She’d love to have you teach her other tricks. With guidance and supervision in her new home, Ursula will learn quickly to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: Ursula would do best as an only dog with an adopter with some dog experience in a home without young children (teens are okay!).

Ursula, Pit Bull (2 y/o) - Available for adoption from @ASPCA • Ursula was seized, along with 7 other dogs, by the NYPD last August from a Queens location where it was suspected she was used in a dog fighting ring. Please help to #gettough against dog fighting this month by raising awareness about this cruel practice.
