Big fan of: His friends! Sam is affectionate and playful with people he knows well. He also enjoys plenty of relaxation time. Sam is interested in playing with other dogs, but should meet them one on one to determine if they’ll get along well.

Not a fan of: Strange people and places. Sam is very shy, and needs time to warm up to people he doesn’t know. He also feels a bit unsettled by the unfamiliar sights and sounds of the big city.

Special features: With guidance and supervision in his new home, Sam will learn quickly to only use the bathroom outside. His coat requires regular brushing and grooming.

Dream home: This little guy would do best with a patient adopter who will give him time to adjust to his new home. We think Sam would get along well with teens-and-up.
