With a name like Rigatoni, you know this adorable pup has a quite a story. Rescued from cruelty, this happy dog is looking for a place to call home. Just look at that smile! Come visit Rigatoni at the ASPCA Adoption Center today.

Big fan of: People and play time! Rigatoni loves everyone he meets. A few of his favorite things are making new friends and playing with toys. This excited pup needs plenty of enrichment and exercise throughout the day to keep him calm.

Not a fan of: At times, Rigatoni can get nervous, and will let you know if he is feeling uncomfortable with a bark or whine. Our Behavior team is working with Rigatoni to manage his anxiety.

Special features: When out for a walk, this friendly dog occasionally barks ‘hello’ at other dog friends who may make him a little nervous. Our Behavior team can give you some tips to help Rigatoni learn to pass dogs nicely.

Dream home: Rigatoni needs an experienced adopter who understands his special needs and is willing to work with him. This little dog should be okay going to a home with kids 12-and-up, but should meet them first at the Adoption Center.
