Sweet Cody is a shy pup who is longing to find his forever home! He is an adorable Harrier breed dog looking for an adopter who will spend lots of time playing, exercising and teaching him new tricks. Come to the ASPCA Adoption Center to meet Cody today!

Big fan of: Toys! Cody just loves to play with his favorite toys. He is looking for an adopter who can treat him to daily running exercise and plenty of play time.

Not a fan of: Certain people with unusual objects frighten Cody. At times, Cody feels uncomfortable having certain parts of his body handled. Our Behavior team can give you some tips to help him overcome this, and for helping Cody pass other dogs nicely on his leash.

Special features: Cody has lived with another dog before, but should meet new dog friends in a one-on-one setting to see if they are compatible. Cody is talkative and does not like to be left alone. Our Behavior team will give you some pointers for helping Cody learn quiet behaviors. Cody may have been house-trained in his previous home, and with guidance and supervision he will quickly learn to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: This special dog is looking for a patient and experienced adopter who will take time to help him overcome his shyness. Cody feels more comfortable in an adults-only home.
