ASPCA Surpasses Goal of 325 Feline Adoptions

This summer, we asked supporters like you to help adoptable cats and kittens find the homes of their dreams.

In June, we partnered with our friends at ARM & HAMMER Cat Litter™ to celebrate Adopt a Shelter Cat Month. Together, we set a goal of 325 cat and kitten adoptions for those in our care. We hit the ground running and saw so many amazing adoptions, but since the goal was so important to us, we extended it through the month of July. On July 28, we officially met our goal and as of July 31, we surpassed our goal with a total of 338 feline adoptions between our programs in Columbus, Ohio, New York City and Los Angeles!

Thanks to the incredible support we received, hundreds of cats and kittens are now living their best lives with their new families. But the work isn’t done! All across the country, thousands of animals are still looking for homes. We encourage you to visit your local shelter or visit our friends at Animal Care Centers of NYC and the Los Angeles County’s Animal Care Centers.
