Meet Stormy! Don’t let the name fool you, she is nothing but sunshine and snuggles. Stormy is the kind of dog who forms deep connections with her people and absolutely lights up around her canine friends. When she sees a dog that she likes (which is pretty much every dog), her whole body comes alive with happy wiggles and excitement that's impossible not to smile at. In Stormy's world, every dog is a potential best friend, and she would love a home that appreciates her social, affectionate nature.

While Stormy is incredibly loving, she's also a sensitive girl who experiences the world with a thoughtful heart. New people, unfamiliar environments or unexpected noises can initially make her feel a little unsure. The good news is that with patience, kindness, a few tasty treats and maybe a dog friend or two, Stormy warms up beautifully and shows her sweet personality quickly. Once you're in her circle, expect plenty of tail wags, affection and the occasional loving kiss.

This lovely girl enjoys the simple things in life: a leisurely walk where she can stop and sniff, a cozy bed to relax on, a safe space when she needs a moment to herself and quality time with her favorite humans. Stormy is currently rebuilding her stamina after heartworm treatment, so she's more of a "let's enjoy the journey" kind of companion than a marathon runner. She loves getting outside for fresh air and exploration, but she's happiest when life moves at a comfortable pace.
