Day in and day out, 365 days a year, the ASPCA works to rescue, protect and find loving homes for animals in need across the nation. Now, looking back on 2018, we are proud to see that it proved to be another inspiring year.

Throughout 2018, our dedicated staff and volunteers responded to devastating natural disasters, heartbreaking cruelty cases and the ongoing need for assistance and aid for vulnerable animals. With the extraordinary support from our friends and members, we were able to rise to the occasion and impact and save thousands of animals. Though there were challenges we faced, 2018 also brought a number of heartwarming adoptions, inspiring rescues and strong sense of hope for the future of America’s animals.

“Last year, we were proud to help hundreds of thousands of vulnerable animals across the country through direct action, advocacy, rehabilitation and compassionate support for pets and pet owners,” says Matt Bershadker, President and CEO of the ASPCA. “As the new year begins, we are more committed than ever to help animals in need find the safety, care and love they deserve.”

As we continue with our lifesaving programs in 2019, we want to take a moment to reflect and celebrate the incredible achievements and milestones from last year. Below are just some of the successes that you helped make possible:
