Catrin Davies
Vice President, Philanthropy
As the ASPCA’s Vice President of Philanthropy, Catrin Davies oversees philanthropic partnerships with foundations and donors across the country and manages a team of seven specialists in this work. She has over fifteen years of experience working in the nonprofit and public sectors, with her responsibilities including institutional, individual, and events fundraising, program development and evaluation, data consulting, and people management. Since Catrin joined the ASPCA in 2018, the Philanthropy team has consistently met revenue goals necessary to help sustain and grow the organization’s lifesaving programs for animals.
Prior to the ASPCA, Catrin worked in education reform, serving on the executive team at the National Center for Learning Disabilities, leading institutional fundraising for New Visions for Public Schools in New York City, and supporting the New Jersey Department of Education in transitioning to the use of a new high school graduation rate.
Catrin received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wellesley College and master’s degree in policy, organizational, and leadership studies from the Stanford Graduate School of Education. She currently lives in New Jersey with her partner, daughter, and two rescue dogs, Finn and Wally, and enjoys hikes with the whole family.
