Max

Meet Max! Max is an outgoing and independent boy who loves attention and is curious about new people. Once he feels comfortable, Max will climb onto your lap to be brushed and pet, and will purr the entire time to let you know how happy he is. If he isn’t purring to show off his happiness, he’s likely telling you by chatting and chirping!

Max enjoys being picked up for hugs, playing with wand toys and using his cat feeder ball to get kibble treats. He likes all types of treats - meat tube treats, crunchy treats – he’ll never say no to a snack!

While in his foster home, Max has not interacted with his foster family's other pets. We believe he would do best as the only pet in the home, or perhaps with another pet who is very calm and submissive. Since Max can be a bit feisty at times, nervous in new places and takes some time to adjust to his surroundings, he would do best in a quiet home with no children or older children.
