Olaf

Meet Olaf! Olaf is just one big puppy at heart! Olaf finds joy in everything he does, and that joy is contagious! You can’t help but smile when meeting this handsome, lovable boy. His antics will keep you entertained and laughing every day. Olaf is currently going through heartworm treatment, which we are covering the cost for and will be looking for an adopter who can keep him calm and resting during his recovery. Once he finishes his treatment, he can go back to his regularly scheduled programming of joyful and energetic play!

Big fan of: Toys! Olaf has never met a toy he didn’t love. He loves to prance around and toss them up in the air. He also loves beds, although he’s still learning the correct way to use them—he likes to roll around and fall off or move them around with his front paws like they are one big toy. Olaf also loves people! He loves pets, cuddles and attention. Even though he’s large in stature, he’s a gentle giant who will take treats gently and be respectful of tiny humans. 

Working on: Olaf is working on not pulling on leash when on walks. He is just so excited to go on adventures! He has been out and about to restaurants and breweries and handled all of those outings like a champ! Olaf just makes friends wherever he goes, whether that be with new people or with other dogs. The other thing Olaf is working on is not turning everything into a toy! What can we say, he’s a creative and playful dude who can really find the fun in anything and everything!

Dream Home: Olaf’s dream home would be one that lets his joy and light shine brightly and can find the humor is his big, clumsy personality! Olaf is an easy going and fun-loving pup who is housetrained, crate trained and does well with large and small humans, other dogs and cats (mostly—he’s still intrigued by what they are exactly!) He would enjoy an active home as he does well on adventures and outings and as we’ve mentioned, LOVES to play! He’s been good with the other dogs in his foster home. Dog meet and greets can be arranged for any potential canine siblings. The home that Olaf lands in will be filled with fun, laughter and love—all things that are pure Olaf!
