Truffle

Meet Truffle, a real-life Truffleupagus!
Truffle is an easygoing girl with a quietly goofy side that sneaks up on you. She came to the ASPCA Behavioral Rehabilitation Center as a fearful stray, and since completing the program, she has grown into a confident, resilient pup who is ready for her next adventure!
Truffle loves long, sniffy walks and takes her time soaking up the world, checking in with her person along the way. Walks are her favorite activity and her favorite way to make new friends.
Once she feels comfortable, Truffle’s personality really shines. She greets her people with happy tail wags, playful bows and the occasional silly howl when she is feeling extra fun. She enjoys tossing around squeaky toys and will absolutely make you laugh with her playful moments. After some activity, she is happy to relax nearby and enjoy a quiet afternoon.
Truffle enjoys other dogs and loves to run and play, especially with dogs who like to have fun and then settle down together. With people, she may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, she is affectionate and likes to stay close to her people.
