The Subaru Share the Love^® Event

For 16 years, the ASPCA has partnered with Subaru of America for the annual Subaru Share the Love^® Event to help raise funds, spread awareness and encourage community involvement for our nation’s most vulnerable animals.  The ASPCA has received over $35 million through its participation since the inception of the Subaru Share the Love Event in 2008, which has made a difference for more than 134,000 animals in need.

In 2023 alone, the ASPCA received over $2.4 million, all thanks to Subaru customers and committed supporters who chose the ASPCA when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle during the event. These critical funds continue to help support our lifesaving efforts in rescue, placement and protection for countless animals in need nationwide.

Throughout 2023, the ASPCA also provided grant funding to 189 animal welfare organizations across 43 states and Washington, DC. The grant funding, which totaled $766,770, supported pet events in partnership with local Subaru retailers. In addition to adoptions, these events helped provide critical services for animals in need, including microchips, vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries and more. A reported total of nearly 14,000 animals were positively impacted through this program!
