Together, Subaru and the ASPCA have helped 64,000 animals—and counting!

The Annual Subaru Share the Love® Event

For 12 years, the ASPCA has partnered with Subaru of America for the annual Subaru Share the Love® Event to help raise funds, spread awareness and encourage community involvement for our nation’s most vulnerable animals. The ASPCA has received over $25 million through its participation since the inception of the Subaru Share the Love Event in 2008, which has made a difference for over 64,000 animals in need. In 2019 alone, the ASPCA received an incredible donation of $3.2 million, all thanks to Subaru customers and committed supporters who chose the ASPCA when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle during the event.

Throughout 2019, the ASPCA also provided grant funding to 109 animal welfare organizations across 34 states and Washington, D.C. The grant funding, which totaled $519,600, supported pet events in partnership with local Subaru retailers. In addition to adoptions, these events helped provide critical services for animals in need, including microchipping, vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, and more. As a result, a reported total of 6,919 animals were impacted!
