Spice

Spice was adopted!
Color:
Brindle
Breed:
American Pit Bull Terrier
Sex:
Male

Big fan of: You! Spice is super affectionate and social. He loves to play with people and with other dogs (though he may play a bit too rough for the dog park).

Not a fan of: Unusual people and objects. Spice gets a little scared and barks at them to try to keep them away.

Special features: Spice already knows Sit and makes a great pupil.

Other reasons he’s special: Spice came to us through Humane Law Enforcement and, for legal reasons, had to wait a long time to become available for adoption. That means that he’s been in our care since September 2011! This guy loves his friends at the ASPCA, but he’d like to go home ASAP.

Dream home: Spice would thrive with an energetic person. Be prepared to train this guy, and you’ll have an amazing dog on your hands! Teens and up, please.

If you’re interested: Please call our Adoption Center in New York City at (212) 876-7700, ext. 4120.

MYM Canine-ality:
Busy Bee

I’m a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings. (Externally motivated)
