ASPCA Communications and Support
Public Information (information@aspca.org), Member Communications (communications@aspca.org) and Public Relations (press@aspca.org) are responsible for answering questions from the public about the ASPCA’s programs and policies, companion animal care and ways to fight cruelty, and for working with media professionals to promote the ASPCA’s lifesaving activities both locally and nationally. The ASPCA Legal Department (legal@aspca.org) helps with enforcement of animal cruelty laws and prosecution of abuse and neglect cases within the ASPCA’s legal jurisdiction of New York State, while also providing support to prosecutors and attorneys throughout the country on significant “landmark” cases of animal cruelty. Finally, Corporate Partnerships (marketing@aspca.org) develops positive commercial and promotional projects that help create awareness and funding for the ASPCA’s humane programs, and the Development Department (development@aspca.org) coordinates all of the charitable contributions to the organization, which, in turn, allow the ASPCA’s humane programs and activities to go forward.
