You may not create a link to any material that is of an offensive or illegal nature to the website.  By creating a link to any of our website, you represent and warrant that your website and any other websites to which your website links do not portray the ASPCA or its products or services a) in a false, misleading, offensive or derogatory manner, b) in a manner that may tarnish the reputation of the ASPCA, or c) in a manner not in alignment with the ASPCA's mission.  Linking to any of the website does not connote an endorsement by the ASPCA, nor should it be construed or represented by you in any way to be an endorsement by the ASPCA of any materials on a website containing our domain name or graphic banner or any other intellectual property.

You are also permitted to download ASPCA link banners to your web site.  By downloading the graphical links, you agree to these terms: 

1. You agree to use the graphic only to provide a link to the homepage of www.aspca.org. 
2. You agree to use the graphic in its entirety, without alteration or modification.
3. Your website shall support the ASPCA's mission to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.
4. Your website can not state or imply that the ASPCA endorses a company, product or service without our express prior written approval. 
5. The ASPCA may, at any time, terminate your license by notifying you at the address on your registrar record. Within 24 hours of receipt of notification of such termination, you shall cease your use of our domain name and/or graphic banner and the link between the websites. 
6. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the ASPCA from any loss, cost, or damage incurred by the ASPCA in connection with the linked material, including legal fees.
7. The ASPCA shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, liability or expense that may accompany or result from your use of the link, domain name or graphic banner, including but not limited to: any computer virus; technical, hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions.
8. The ASPCA retains and reserves all rights in and to ASPCA's trade names, logos, copyrights and trademarks, and all other intellectual property with respect to the domain name and graphic banner.  Our link graphics are protected by copyright and trademark laws.  See our Copyright and Trademark Policy.

The ASPCA grants a nonexclusive, limited license to the owner of any website who places on their site a text link containing our domain name.  The ASPCA reserves the right to cancel this license at any time and for any reason.

The display of our domain name and/or the graphic banner containing our trademark on your website indicates the agreement by you to the foregoing terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with the foregoing terms, do not link to our website.
