Big fan of: His inner circle! Little Johnny is playful with his favorite people. He’d also love to settle into your lap for a snuggle session! Little Johnny enjoys playing with gentle dogs.
Not a fan of: Strangers and unfamiliar places. Little Johnny is very shy around new people. He also feels uncomfortable at times when he’s out for a walk due to the sights and sounds of the big city.
Special features: Rescued from a hoarding situation, Little Johnny graduated from the ASPCA’s Behavioral Rehabilitation Center in September. While at the Rehab Center, he learned “watch me”, “touch,” and “let’s go.” With guidance and supervision in his new home, Little Johnny will learn quickly to only use the bathroom outside.
Dream home: This little guy is looking for a patient adopter with plenty of dog experience who will help him overcome his shyness and help him learn to trust. We also think Little Johnny would benefit from obedience training. He’d feel most comfortable in an adults-only home.
