Adoption Spotlight: Rocco

January 5, 2015

Every now and then, we come across a special dog who needs a little extra help finding a home. This week, we’re focusing our Adoption Spotlight on Rocco, a sweet 10-year-old boy who is ready to find his forever family.

Adoption Spotlight: Rocco

Rocco came to the ASPCA in October after his guardian became too ill to care for him. Staff at the ASPCA Animal Hospital promptly updated the sweet dog’s vaccines, performed neuter surgery and placed him into foster care to await adoption. Though this special pup is happily residing with his foster family, he can’t wait to join a loving forever home!

Rocco is an affectionate pooch who is a love bug at heart. This big guy is fan of naps, and there’s nothing he would love more than to curl up by your side on the couch. Rocco also enjoys belly rubs and his favorite squeaky toys. He can even give high fives! Don’t let his age fool you—Rocco loves to walk and would make a great companion on your outings around the city.

This goofball has so much love to give and would be thrilled to find a loving forever family.
