Office Foster Cat

As part of our adoption program, some of our feline friends have the opportunity to live in ASPCA team members' offices. Living in an office allows cats to have a more comfortable and domestic living space, and allows our behaviorists to learn more about each individual kitty's personality and needs. Through the office foster program, we are able to offer adopters a clearer picture of how their new feline friend will adjust to life in a permanent home.

More About Him:

Greg is pleased to meet you! This soft-spoken gentleman is an office staff favorite at the ASPCA offices, as he is a very affectionate cat.  His favorite spot will be your lap, or sitting next to you with his head on your arm. He enjoys greeting visitors and will quietly approach you for pets and hugs.

Greg is a great listener and friend. He will happily rest his forehead against yours as you tell him about your day, and he’ll soothe your troubles with soft, endless purrs. This guy is often seen before heard, and has an adorable little squeak for a meow. He likes to visit his cat friends in other offices, walking right up to windows to whisper hello. Greg can go to a home with another cat-friendly cat.

Though easy-going Greg enjoys lounging, he appreciates exercise and fun! Toss him a ball or a toy mouse, and he’ll chase it around the room. He also enjoys playing with cat dancers and chasing laser pointers, and is ready to play when you are. He loves to make you laugh by pouncing on a blanket or twitching his tail with excitement.

Greg is looking for an adopter or family with some pet experience.

Personal Assistant

You're working on the computer? Let me press the keys. Reading the paper? I'll hold the pages down for you. Watching TV? I'll just plop in your lap so you can pet me. I love an orderly household, don't you? I'll help you with all your chores, and I'll help you relax when we're done. You'll wonder how you ever managed without me.
