The ASPCA Seeks Nominations from You!
Nominate someone you know that is deserving of the ASPCA Humane Awards for 2012.
The ASPCA needs your help to gather the most extraordinary pets and animal advocates throughout the entire nation! If you know an exceptionally talented dog or cat with a knack for saving lives, or a courageous human being who has significantly improved the lives of animals, the ASPCA wants to hear from you!
Nominations are being accepted until Friday, June 8, 2012. Winners will be invited to attend the 2012 ASPCA Annual Humane Awards Luncheon in New York City. A memorable awards ceremony will take place and each winner will be presented with an award.
Cat of the Year For a cat who has performed a heroic act in the past year.

Dog of the Year For a dog who has performed a heroic act in the past year.

“Tommy P. Monahan” Kid of the Year For a child age 14 or under who has rescued an animal or helps make the world a kinder place for animals.

Public Service Award (firefighters, law enforcement officers, military officers, etc.) For a public service officer who has made a heroic effort to save an animal’s life in the past year or has demonstrated a commitment to animal safety throughout his or her career.
