She should never own or have in her care an animal. What she did was beyond wrong and this is probably not the first time. She should have prison time of at least a year plus a heavy fine...also she should never have an animal again.

This really makes me mad and very upset! I honestly don't ubderstand this world. How would she like it if sombody kicked her around? First of all she doesn't deserve that dog back or any other type of animal. She needs to serve time! I hope to one day be a huge help in the veternarian field and help these innocent animals. and if i ever witness abuse i will take that animal away from them myself and save it!

The issue is whether or not the abused dog is still in Tiara Davis' custody after she has been charged by the police. Once a person has been caught abusing an animal, their rights to ownership of any pet should be automatically suspended and they should be immediately redflagged from any petstore or animal shelter. If anyone has information on this repulsive woman, please keep us posted. Especially if Sparky is still in her custody. This is a matter of an animal's life at stake.

Unfortunatly I had also witnessed a 10Lb Sheltie abused by my X-in laws. this little dog was laying in the corner of his "previous" home when my x-brother in law stood up to use the restroom but first he walked over to this dog and kicked him right in the rib cage. I informed them all at the house that I was taking this dog at that moment. Well they said I would have to pay them the $800.00 that they paid..I then said that I would call the police on them for hurting this beautiful animal, they finally gave me this amazing dog named KENO.It took 8 months before this dog trusted anyone and 6 years later I am still the only person that can lift him without a muzzle. So he didn learn to trust again, and after all he had been through he has been the most wonderful pet anyone could ever love-and he deserves all the love in the world. Please don't ever give up on an abused animal, it may take a while but they do eventually come to trust again with ALOT of patients. Horried by this video! I am always amazed at the pure cruelty a person can bestow on a helpless creature, no matter how many things like this I heard about. There is no reason for a person to ever, EVER treat an animal that way. My dog has had an accident here or there, but I would never do anything like that, no matter how "frustrated" I was. Frustration is no excuse for beating an animal unconscious. I really hope this woman is prevented from ever owning a pet again.

I work at a pet store, and I quickly correct someone in my store who swats their animal on any part on their body. I am so glad that ASPCA took that dog away from her.
