Vans Dog- and Cat-Themed Shoes

Here at the ASPCA, we’re of the mindset that if you love animals, you should let the world know it! We can’t think of a better way to spread the word than by taking a stroll in adorable Vans X ASPCA dog- and cat-themed shoes designed in support of the ASPCA’s life-saving work for animals.

These slip-on and lace-up shoes are available for adults, kids and toddlers. You can order them online or find them in Vans or Journeys retail stores. Vans is also offering dog- and cat-themed hats and backpacks, as well as an ASPCA pug T-shirt.

Are you in the New York City area? Vans and the ASPCA are teaming up to host a special pet adoption event on Saturday, March 22, from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. The event, which will be held at the House of Vans at 25 Franklin Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, will feature adoptable dogs and cats from the ASPCA Adoption Center and Animal Care & Control of New York City. We’ll also have food trucks, gifts and an interactive photo booth on site. Two-legged guests of all ages are welcome to attend!

When will the adult slip ons be back in stock?

Hannah

Vans.com and Journeys.com had them in stock today!

Since I am a vegetarian I choose also not to wear leather fur or wool. The shoes are cute but if they are made of leather I will not buy.

It seems like no one is answering the comment as to how much of the proceeds go to the ASPCA. I asked at the Van's store today and none of the employees there knew and I have seen the question posed several times here with no direct response. Why is the answer so elusive. I wonder if there is really not money being donated?

Hi Lisa! A donation was made up front.

Lisa

Why won't you say what the donation amount is?

Lisa

Why won't you say how much it is?

It seems like more money would be made if they gave a portion of the shoes. I'd rather make a donation to ASPCA then buying these shoes if none of my money for the shoes is going to ASPCA.

I run a dog walking business in Philly and wish SO badly that the lace up low cut sneakers were available in the dog print. I love cats too, don't get me wrong, but how cute would it be to have a dog walker with dog shoes!? Plus I love Vans. Oh well. Next time you guys do this collab please make more options.

Missie

I want a pair of these and no one has them!!!! Are they still going to be shipped to Journeys and Vans stores?

PLEASE HELP....
