We’re excited to announce that voting has begun in the ASPCA Rachael Ray $100K Challenge Photo Contest! We received hundreds of adorable submissions from adopters across the country who adopted pets from shelters competing in the $100K Challenge.

It was difficult to choose, but we have selected 40 exceptional finalists representing 26 Challenge shelters. Now’s your chance to help choose the winners! Visit our $100K Challenge Photo Contest voting page to vote for your favorite photo once per day from now until 11:59 P.M. on Friday, August 1. Contest winners and runners-up will receive prizes ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 in the form of ASPCA grant funds for their local Challenge shelter! We’ll announce the winners of the Photo Contest on Monday, August 4.

We seem to be having a hard time voting. Often just the photos with numbers are on screen - not the vote buttons. Tried 3 times to vote today. Others are having the same problem.

You need to check the contest. Lynchburg Humane Society and the NOAH Center have been in a tight race the whole time. We have all really pushed and shared and have taken the lead. Now another group has votes going up 11,000 in just a few hours and they are not promoting it on their page? It seems there is a robo vote program going on here. I just watched the votes go up over 1,000 in just minutes. And this has happened overnight. Check the Lynchburg Humane Society Facebook page to see the conversation between a lot of people over this! We hate to lose at the last minute when we have all worked so hard.

You really need to look into the voting! Theres no way someone who has lagged behind, wayyy behind, can get that many votes in such a short amount of time!! Its ridiculous!!

Louise

I agree, this can't done in an honest way. 20.000 votes in one day voted for Chloe (Southern Pines Animal Shelter - Hattiesburg, MS) must be done by some bot.

Twentythousand votes in just one day for Chloe (Southern Pines Animal Shelter - Hattiesburg, MS) can't possibly be legitimate.
Please look into this!

I agree you need to check into this contest. How can you get 20,000 votes in a day and still climbing. I monitored this site for 5 minutes at two different times. The votes were first minute 70 votes, second minute 48 votes third minute 40 votes, fourth minute 60 votes. Then cycle would start back at 70 votes for fifth minute give or take on each min. I have been voting everyday and sharing Lynchburg Humane Society picture of Rust. I hate that we are being beat by what is obviously some form of a robo vote going on. I just hate to see what we have worked so hard for taken away by someone cheating.

I have been posting on Facebook for people to vote for my city, Lynchburg....telling all my friends. Then all of a sudden out of the blue Southern Pines Animal Shelter for Chole is over 30,000. I have watched it the last two and a half hours and they have gotten over 7,000 votes. There has to be a robo voting thing going on. This needs to be checked into. This will discourage voters who have supported this faithfully and tomorrow is the last day.

Louise

Well, the robot seems to have been switched off: only 10 votes for Cloe since this morning.... I surely hope the ASPCA will not ignore the foul play!

I can only describe this as human cruelty. How can you choose? They are all so cute. I close my eyes and pick one. Everyone wins when you see all this love.
