I have acutally not hurt about this incident until today. I have no intentions of watching the video but just the thought of it is terribly upsetting. He should responsible for what he did. This is so upsetting. I just dont get what possess people to hurt another living being. ... ALSO why did he video tape it? Did he think it was funny?? Too bad he didnt go off the cliff too. That would have been more hilarious. This is so heart breaking.

I hope that action is taken ensure this person is rightly prosecuted, and is not allowed to serve our country. Someone that would do this, and video taped it because of the proud nature of doing so, should not be allowed such an honor. Our country may be at war at the moment, but animal lovers are continuously at war for the sake of helpless, voiceless animals, against these type of people.
I would hope that the government would also help us with this war.

Name withheld.

In a world where today's news is forgotten tomorrow, let's not forget the darling puppy who was allegedly tossed off of a cliff by a disgusting individual. If this video turns out to be authentic, and this Marine, who is supposed to be fighting to SAVE lives, did indeed kill this animal, he should be punished accordingly, albeit severely. Please also remember that our Marines are not all heartless and cruel; my husband is a former Marine and adores animals!

I saw this video today by accident and it has had me upset all day long. I can't imagine how anyone could do this to a helpless animal. I hope they are found and punished severely.

When is the media going to do an update on this? I would hate to see this abuse case fade away with no punishment.

Maybe my father (an army soldier from 1963 to 1966) was right. Marines are the lowest form of life. That marine should be hung from a tree.

i heard about this and i searched for the video myself because in my mind, i KNEW it would be fake. because in my mind, this is just impossible to be done. but of course, it looked very real and i was full of anger instantly. i hope karma/law comes back and hits him hard. he deserves the maximum punishment.

i will never be able to forget that video. it haunts me and even worse to know there is nothing i can do for the poor puppy.
