earl;ly in the morning late at night hear the dog scrathibg at ddoor to go out ,they hollar at her

if they do let her out its tied up left in the yard alone for 10 minutes and then in the house fors days maybe weeks at a time

i own a 8 year old female rottilab mixed
take her walking 4 ,5times a day

figure a puppy need sa lot more exercise then my dog
do not even think the puppy's housebroken
its a very nice dog ,breaks my heart to know she isn't cared for

I wonder about all of the requests for donations made by the ASPCA, Spokanimal, and any other animal advocate organizations here in Spokane, WA. The reason I say this is My sister lives in a trailer park in Medical Lake, WA in which her nieghbor has a dog; "Sonny" Who has been neglected since last summer. The poor dog has been left outside with very little food or water, no shelter from the HOT or COLD weather, and no attention. Most of it has been given to him by us, and when we do, the owner gets angry! We've made several calls to you and anyone else who may listen, only to get; there's nothing that we can do", or "that's not our jurisdiction", and many other excuses to not help Sonny out. We've talked many times about what it is that you do for poor neglected/ abused animals. We've seen NOTHING! That just touches the surface of the whole thing but gives an idea of why we are so disappointed. This poor dog is very ubhappy but doesn't really know what good care and love is. Well, thats our story.
