My family living at 761 Boland Drive ,Lake Lure today found their 2 missing black labrador dogs ( 1 additional neighbors dog also)dead from eating hotdogs laced with poison on land that is called the Bow Water/Lake Lure Hut Club on Boland Drive in Lake Lure which is leased from the Cove Creek Partners LLC of Raleigh , North Carolina. I cannot find any reason legally to leave poisoned food for any animal wild or domestic in the State of North Carolina. I would apprieciate your office looking into this matter of killing family pets. This illegal act cannot be tolerated ignored or uninvestigated by law enforcement in the community of Lake Lure. In closing I request an investigation of the innocent killing of domestic animals and the revocation of the permits and licenses allowing hunting in this area now or formally known as the Bow Water Hunt Club. The proximity of this club to newly constructed dwelling units occupied by children is a safety hazard to residents of Boland Drive as well as an accident waiting to happen. May this serve as a notice requesting your assistance in this matter of animal cruelty and public safety. I would apprieciate any assistance in having this obvious crime investigated . Please contact Rutherford County Sheriff Jack Conner ( 828-287-6247 ) and insist that this matter be investigated.

It has brought to my attention that the poison used in the killing of 3 domestic pets on Boland Drive in Lake Lure North Carolina at Bill's Creek Hunt Club was a pesticide sold under the trade name "timic ".
The use of this pesticide to bait any animal wild or domestic is not only a Class 1 felony in the State of North Carolina it is also a Federal Crime.
The indivdual or individuals responsible for this act must be prosecuted for 3 separate felony acts listed under the attached North Carolina State Laws and the criminal acts as they apply to the Environmental Protection Agency US Code Title 7 Chapter 6 Subchapter II Environmental Pesticide Control Act.
I cannot find the listing for a Rutherford County Animal Cruelty Investigator . Has this individual been appointed or is this a position that is currently not being filled by Rutherford County Commissioners.
It has also been brought to my attention that the Bill's Creek Hunt Club consist of 76 paying members . The dues to belong to this Hunt Club are $250.00 annually . This 1218 acre parcel is privately leased from the property owner/ manager Mr D. Mcqueen Campbell of Raleigh North Carolina . Mr Campbell serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at North Carolina University.
I have also found out that Mr. Kelly Flynn the President of the Bill's Creek Hunt Club has in the past been cited and fined by the North Carolina Board of Argiculture for illegally selling pesticides without a license. Please find attached an email that I had sent last week to the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office detailing this information.
I am hopefull with inclusion of Federal involvement this crime will be fully investigated and that those responsible for this heinous act be brought to justice . The citizens of North Carolina deserve nothing less.

Im a spiritual devotee of a religion called Orisha/IFA Regla De OCha who is very very kind and aware of how the foods that we eat made of animals is unusually cruel at large scale Slaughter factorys and production mega producers of milk, and eggs also.WE may seem odd, but we are really not that different than a Jewish Kosher procedure or how a Muslim adhere's unto the Halal meats process, suchlike the Hindu's we in Santeria treat our animals on par with particular reverance .To some it may seem awefully complicated just to have a jerk chicken roti or goat roASTED....BUT THE ONGOING BIA'S AGAINST OUR spiritual elevation of the souls of animals is quite nice and interesting to say the least. I mention this herein because it has been brought to my attention that a certain VICE fashion magazine for the alternative and hip hop culture of dwntwn and urban music and fashion style and promoters of its industries ARE DOING SOMETHING NOW totally sick, repugnant, and aweful!!! Whats that???IN THEY're newest 'Homo-Nehandrathal" Issue at the newstands and online(!!!) They have a you tube clip showing a man having sex with a horse, and he gets so carried away with this abuse and perversion that he actually dies in the video!!!! I warned them last week on that blog of theirs that me and my peeps were gonna take action if they didnt stop showing it! They have not stopped showing it!
