PET POISON ALERT: FDA RECALLS OF CAT FOOD & PEANUT BUTTER Last week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued two recalls pertaining to products contaminated with Salmonella bacteria—Peter Pan and Great Value peanut butter carrying the code “2111,” and 3 1/2-ounce and one-pound packages of Wild Kitty raw, all natural frozen cat food, chicken with clam recipe. ASPCA experts offer advice for pet parents who have purchased any of these recalled products.
