For the second year in a row, the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PSPCA) will host the Good Dog Gala, an evening dedicated to recognizing five special individuals who have helped the PSPCA’s fight to end animal cruelty. The event, to be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel from 6:30 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. on February 23, promises cocktails, dinner and a silent auction, with items such as restaurant and spa gift certificates, a Vespa scooter and VIP tickets for The Daily Show, Colbert Report and Martha Stewart Show.
